Glass cutting is done precisely on a magnetically controlled automatic cutting machine. Magnetic glass cutting control allows cutting precision up to 0.1mm compared to standard machines where the cutting precision is on average 0.25mm as well as better glass cut quality. It is possible to cut all single glass with a thickness of 3-24mm into shapes as per request as well as laminated glass 6-32mm with a special machine with thermal cutting.

The complete process is followed by computer controlled system to realize high level of precision, cutting speed and high level of material utilization. In the case of special low-emission glasses, the automatic cutting machine is programmed to remove the Low-E film around the perimeter to ensure a quality connection in the thermal insulation package. The cutting line is able to remove even the most advanced films that are difficult to process such as TPF and EasyPro.
